Start with the winding application
Record the actual winding machine and holder, rather than only the upstream spinning-frame brand. Taper and dimensions determine the proposed physical match; trial results establish practical suitability. Do not infer cone fit from “Murata”, “Savio”, “Rieter”, “Schlafhorst” or “Toyota” alone.
Use the paper cone specifications to state length, nose and base bores, weight, GSM, finish, rim and notch requirements. Yarn tension and package stability also depend on machine settings, yarn and handling, so a cone change should be assessed within that setup.

Trial for winding stability and yarn tension consistency
Trial the proposed cone using representative yarn, tension settings and package build. Check holder seating, starting grip, rotation, doffing and downstream unwinding. Record any vibration, slippage, rim damage or yarn breaks alongside the operating settings; these observations help distinguish cone issues from machine or yarn issues.

Packaging and ordering steps
- Send machine model, drawing or sample, finish, monthly use, order quantity and destination.
- Agree the proposed specification and sample arrangement. Samples are free in Bangladesh; for overseas samples, agree courier cost and delivery in advance.
- Run and document the mill trial, then approve the sample or drawing revision.
- Confirm MOQ, price, payment, production schedule, packing and delivery scope in writing.
- Inspect the received lot and retain its identification and trial notes for the next order.
