How We Make It
Every cone goes through a controlled 5-step process before it reaches your winding machine.
High-GSM kraft paper rolls sourced and tested for tensile strength, moisture content, and surface quality.
Paper strips are precision-cut and fed into automatic rollers that form the multi-layer cone body under controlled tension.
Calibrated mandrels shape each cone to the exact taper angle (4.20° or 5.57°) with consistent wall thickness throughout.
Dimensional checks, surface inspection, and structural tests on every batch. Non-conforming cones are rejected before packaging.
Cones are packed in cartons with protective inner wrapping and dispatched on confirmed lead times via road, sea, or air freight.
