How Ordering Works

Send your specification on WhatsApp or email. We confirm the correct taper, finish and quantity are workable and issue a proforma invoice for your approval. Most buyers run a sample or trial batch first to check fit and finish on their own machine before committing to a bulk order — production of the confirmed order starts once the proforma is signed off, and we ship FOB Chattogram once it's complete. There's no online checkout or fixed price list: every order is quoted against your actual specification, because taper angle, finish and destination port all affect production and freight.

Minimum Order Quantity

MOQ depends on specification — taper angle, finish, and whether the order is a trial, a standard run, or custom-printed all affect what's workable as a minimum. We confirm your specific MOQ on enquiry rather than publish one fixed number, since a figure that ignores your specification isn't a usable answer. If your required quantity feels small, tell us the number directly on WhatsApp and we'll confirm whether it's workable rather than leave you guessing against a generic figure.

How Paper Cone Prices Are Quoted

We don't publish a price list. Every paper cone price is quoted against the buyer's own requirements and specification, so the figure you receive applies to the cone you will actually run. Two cones with the same taper can be priced differently once size, paper and finish are fixed.

What the quotation depends on:

  • Cone specification: taper family (4°20′ or 5°57′), length, nose and base inner diameters, wall construction and any drawing requirements
  • Paper grade and finished weight: the paper GSM and the weight of the finished cone are separate inputs
  • Surface finish: smooth, velvet or embossed
  • Rim colour, printing and marking
  • Quantity: order size and expected monthly consumption
  • Packing: pieces per carton, carton type and any pallet or labelling requirement
  • Delivery term: local delivery in Bangladesh or FOB Chattogram for export

When you compare offers from several suppliers, compare them on the same basis: the same drawing or approved sample, the same finish and paper grade, the same packing and the same delivery term. A lower unit price for a different cone, or for a quote that leaves out packing or port charges, is not a saving. Manual vs Automachine Production

We produce on both manual and fully automatic machinery. Send your dimensions, finish, quantity and intended winding setup so we can confirm the suitable production method. Record that method, the approved sample or drawing, inspection requirements, price and schedule in the quotation. Neither method alone guarantees machine fit or an agreed tolerance.

Samples, Packing and Freight Details

Plan the sample stage separately from the volume order. Identify the reference cone and the exact winding setup, agree the sample quantity and trial plan with your production or QC team, and confirm packing and dispatch before it ships. Samples are free for mills in Bangladesh; for overseas samples, agree the courier cost in advance. Record the acceptance before committing to volume: one good trial does not prove every future lot.

To quote freight, your forwarder needs these packing details for the actual cone specification:

  • Pieces per carton
  • Carton external dimensions and number of cartons
  • Net and gross weights, with units
  • Packing method, labels and any pallet requirement
  • Protection against crushing, deformation and moisture during handling
