To order paper cones from Aziz Packaging, send your taper angle, weight, surface finish, and required quantity on WhatsApp or email. We confirm the correct specification and a proforma invoice within one working day.
There's no online checkout or fixed price list — every order is quoted against your specification, because taper angle, GSM, surface finish and destination port all affect production and freight. The fastest way to get a real answer, including for a small trial quantity or a question about a specific piece count, is to send your requirement directly on WhatsApp rather than search for a published price.
This page covers the mechanics of ordering — what we need, our minimum order quantity, lead time and packing. It does not list prices, because a quote that ignores your actual specification isn't a usable number for either side.
What We Need to Quote
Cone cost, production time and freight all depend on the same five variables — so a quote request that's missing one of them usually comes back to you with a follow-up question instead of a number. Send us these five details up front and we can confirm specification, lead time and a proforma invoice in one round trip:
| What We Need | Example |
|---|---|
| Taper Angle | 4°20′ or 5°57′ |
| Weight / GSM | 350–450 GSM range |
| Surface Finish | Smooth, velvet, or embossed |
| Quantity | Trial, standard, or custom-printed |
| Destination Port | e.g. Nhava Sheva, Karachi |
If you're not sure which taper angle or GSM your machine needs, tell us your machine model and yarn type instead — we'll confirm the correct specification from that. See our full specification reference if you want to check the parameters yourself first.
Minimum Order Quantity
Standard minimum order quantity is 100,000 pieces per specification on FOB Chattogram terms — this aligns with efficient container loading and production run size. For a smaller quantity than the standard MOQ, trial and sample orders of 30,000–50,000 pieces are available so you can test a specification before committing to a full container. Custom-printed cones typically require a higher minimum, often 200,000–300,000 pieces, since print setup is a separate production step.
If your required quantity is below even the trial range, tell us the number directly — send it on WhatsApp and we'll confirm whether it's workable for your specification rather than leave you guessing against a general MOQ figure.
Lead Time
Total time from confirmed order to FOB Chattogram is approximately 4 to 6 weeks: proforma invoice and order confirmation (1–2 days), production (2–4 weeks), quality control (2–3 days), export documentation (3–5 days), and port booking and vessel loading (3–7 days, depending on sailing schedule). Confirm your required delivery date when you place the order so we can flag any conflict with the production schedule early.
Packing
Paper cones are packed approximately 500–600 pieces per carton depending on specification, at roughly 25–28 kg per carton. A standard 100,000-piece order works out to around 200 cartons and 8–10 CBM of container space. Every shipment ships with a batch quality certificate recording measured dimensions and weight from the production run.
After You Order
Once specification and quantity are confirmed, we issue a proforma invoice covering price, payment terms and delivery date for your approval. Production starts once the proforma is confirmed on your side. You'll get the batch quality certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and export documentation as the order moves toward loading — the same documents referenced on our HS code and import duty and FOB Chattogram export terms pages.
