Local sample matching and ordering

  • Send the winding-machine model and current cone drawing, or arrange a physical reference sample.
  • State taper, length, nose/base bores, finish, weight requirement and order quantity.
  • Samples are free: agree the sample quantity and delivery before dispatch.
  • Approve the sample on the mill’s own winding setup and record the accepted specification.
  • Request the current MOQ, payment terms and delivery scope in the written quotation. We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh, usually within 5–6 days of order confirmation.

Provide the delivery address or collection requirement so the team can confirm logistics. Contact the factory before planning a visit; delivery coverage and timing depend on the order.

Buying for a spinning mill or as a trader

We work with mill procurement teams and with traders who supply mills. The information we need is similar; what differs is who approves the sample and who arranges delivery.

Spinning mill procurement

  • Winding machine model and the cone you use now (drawing, sample or photo)
  • Taper (4°20′ or 5°57′), finish and monthly quantity
  • Mill delivery address or district
  • Who will run the sample trial (production or QC)

For orders placed directly by a mill’s procurement team, delivery is usually arranged by us. This can vary by order, so it is confirmed in the quotation.

Traders and resellers

  • The reference cone or specification of the mill you are buying for
  • Quantity per order and how often you reorder
  • Delivery point: your warehouse or the mill
  • Whether you need different tapers or finishes in one order

For orders that come through an agent or trader, delivery cost is usually paid by the buyer. This can vary by order, so it is confirmed in the quotation.

Quality checks to agree before production

Use an approved sample or drawing to define rim condition, dimensional deviation, inner-wall condition, surface finish, wall thickness and relevant strength checks. Agree which inspections, sampling method and records are required for the order. Retain lot identification and confirm the same revision on repeat purchases.

Export inquiries from India and Pakistan

For export quotations, include destination country and port alongside the technical specification. Discuss packing, freight responsibilities and documents separately from the cone price.
