Aziz Packaging Limited is a kraft paper cone factory in Duptara, Araihazar, Narayanganj 1450, Bangladesh. We manufacture paper cones for yarn winding — we don't trade or resell — supplying spinning mills worldwide factory-direct on FOB Chattogram terms.
We've been in continuous operation for more than 15 years, producing kraft paper cones in the standard 4°20′ and 5°57′ taper angles used across ring spinning, open-end spinning, autoconer winding and TFO twisting applications. Current output runs to 500K+ paper cones a month across both our production methods, covered in the next section.

Production Capability
We run two production methods side by side, and which one applies to your order is a commercial choice, not a fixed default — tell us which you need when you request a quote.
Machine-controlled winding and cutting produces tighter, more uniform dimensional consistency batch to batch. This is our main production line and the method we recommend for high-speed autoconer applications, where consistent cone geometry directly affects winding performance.
Available as a lower-cost option for buyers working to a tighter budget, or for orders where dimensional tolerance is less critical — for example lower-speed winding. It's a genuine second production line, not a fallback or a compromise we hide; some buyers deliberately choose it for the cost saving.
Neither method is "the real product" and the other an inferior substitute — they're two ways to buy the same cone at two different price and consistency points. What We Produce
Standard kraft paper yarn cones in both taper angle specifications, in any of three surface finishes, compatible with the winding machines most spinning mills run today — see the "Key Specifications at a Glance" table above. Quality Control on the Factory Floor
Roundness and dimensional consistency are checked during production, not only at final inspection — catching a drifting batch early on the line keeps the whole run aligned to specification, rather than discovering an out-of-range cone after it's already packed.
Paper stock moisture is also monitored before and during cone forming. Paper that's too damp or too dry behaves differently under the forming press, which affects wall strength and how well the finished cone holds its shape after forming and during storage.
Finished cones are visually and dimensionally checked before packing, so what ships matches what was ordered — specification, finish, and taper angle confirmed against your order before the batch is boxed.
