Aziz YouTube Uploader

This tool helps authorised operators of Aziz Packaging Limited publish the company's approved manufacturing and buyer-education videos to its YouTube channel. It is for Aziz's own use and does not offer public account registration.

How it works

An operator connects the intended YouTube channel and a Google Drive account through Google's official consent screens. The tool reads an approval queue and source videos from a configured Drive folder, checks the channel identity, and uploads approved videos with their reviewed titles, descriptions and visibility settings.

YouTube and Google Drive are authorised separately so that the YouTube Brand Account can be selected independently of the personal Google account used for Drive. Uploads can be private, public or scheduled according to the approved queue. GitHub Actions runs the uploader; no browser session is required for the scheduled worker.

Permissions and control

YouTube upload permission allows video management; YouTube read permission checks the authorised channel. Drive read-only permission reads the queue, videos and optional thumbnails. Drive permission is broader than one folder at the Google account level; the uploader additionally checks the configured source folder before uploading a video.

The operator controls whether scheduled runs are enabled and which queue items are approved. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account connections. Revoking access does not delete videos already uploaded.
